Hello, I'm Helene
I support leaders who want to intentionnally reflect on the culture and environments they create around them. And I facilitate change when legacy habits or practices no longer serve them.

I created Inclusive Agent because in today's dynamic world, I fundamentally believe that cultivating and harnessing strong collaboration skills is more crucial than ever. Teams where everyone is empowered to think for themselves and bring out their differences without fear, are not only more effective and innovative, but also so much better to work in.

This doesn't happen by magic, it takes intentionality.
